We aim to pack and post orders within 2 business days. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Rural areas (especially in Tassie and WA) may take a bit longer, so hang tight — it’s on the way.
Yes — orders over $99 ship free Australia-wide.
Orders under $99 attract a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.95.
If you need to swap a size or style, just email us at admin@oldblokemerch.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Return postage is on you — once we get it back, we’ll send out the new item.
We don’t offer returns for change of mind. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right. For more info, check out our Refund Policy.
Check the size guide on each product page for measurements. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend going up one for a comfier fit. Still unsure? Shoot us an email and we’ll help you out.
